Overview: The core program runs for about three to four months, followed by one to two months of certification preparation. It covers every code set used in US coding, includes an inpatient track most short courses skip, and ends with assessment and interview practice modelled on NCR employers' hiring rounds. Fees depend on the track and are shared during counselling.
Course modules
Module A: Foundations
Medical terminology, anatomy and physiology by body system, pharmacology basics, and reading clinical documentation such as H&Ps, operative reports and discharge summaries.
Module B: US healthcare and reimbursement
Medicare Parts A–D and Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial insurance, the revenue cycle, claim forms (CMS-1500, UB-04), and payment systems including the physician fee schedule, OPPS/APCs and IPPS/MS-DRGs.
Module C: ICD-10-CM
Conventions, general and chapter-specific guidelines, outpatient rules and inpatient rules, using the FY2027 code set effective 1 October 2026.
Module D: CPT and HCPCS Level II
E/M by MDM and time; surgery sections; anaesthesia; radiology; pathology; medicine; HCPCS drugs, supplies and DME; modifiers.
Module E: Inpatient coding (track)
ICD-10-PCS root operations and approaches, principal diagnosis selection, POA indicators, CC/MCC capture and MS-DRG basics.
Module F: Compliance and ethics
NCCI edits and MUEs, NCDs and LCDs, medical necessity and ABNs, HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, OIG enforcement priorities, False Claims Act basics and professional codes of ethics.
Module G: Practice, exams and interviews
De-identified chart sets by specialty, full-length timed mocks, rationale-based feedback, resume preparation, coding assessment practice and mock technical interviews.

Weekday and weekend batches run live online with recordings, so learners from Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi can join without commuting. Fees and what to compare
Fees depend on the track and whether certification preparation is included. The AAPC or AHIMA exam fee is separate and paid directly to that organization. Before choosing any institute in NCR, ask how many charts you will code, how many timed mocks are included, who reviews your work, whether inpatient is covered, and what job support includes.
